What we collect

Our tryout registration and contact forms collect information a parent or guardian chooses to share: parent name, email, phone number, player first and last name, age group, positions, batting/throwing side, current team, preferred session, and any notes you add. We do not request Social Security numbers, medical information, home addresses, or full dates of birth.

Why we collect it

• To plan and run tryout sessions
• To follow up with families after evaluations
• To answer questions submitted through the contact form
• To manage roster interest for upcoming seasons

Children’s privacy

This website’s forms are intended to be completed by a parent or legal guardian — not by children. We ask only for the player details needed to organize baseball evaluations, and we never publish a child’s personal information on this site.

Who processes it

Submissions may be delivered through third-party processors we use to run the site: an email delivery service, an optional customer-relationship tool, optional spam protection, and optional privacy-aware analytics. These providers process data on our behalf to deliver the services described above. We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and registration information for as long as it is needed to manage tryouts and team formation for the current and upcoming season, then delete or archive it within a reasonable period.

Your choices

A parent or guardian may ask us to correct or delete the information they submitted at any time. Email baselineftw@gmail.com and we will take care of it.
